RECOVERY

Bonjour Grann,

My sins have led me to being pulled out to sea and being taken from my family. I didn't honor the Sabbath.

Sabbath

"SAB-uth"

The Sabbath meaning "to rest" is a day set aside for rest, worship, and spiritual renewal.

 I ignored the Sabbath, and I didn't give praise, as I sat on the ocean rock on the Sabbath, admiring all the splendor.

I need to build a shrine to our Dieu. I'll find a place, and decorate it with flowers and shells, and build an altar from driftwood.

Tomorrow will be Monday, the first workday. I can work; Dieu will be pleased. I'll gather purple asters and yellow goldenrod, pink and lavender onion flowers, and fireweed flowers. I'll place them on an altar of stone and driftwood, and that way I will keep the Sabbath in my thoughts, and Dieu will be pleased and show me favor.

And Dieu will lead me back home, like the Israelites.

But first I need sleep, I'm tired.
