HOME FAMILIAR

Bonjour Grann,

I had a positive week of curing meat for winter. Even though my daily chores are getting easier, keeping on top of my daily catch, and not letting the food spoil is upper-most on my mind; I do constantly worry about not having enough food to last through winter, and I worry even more about not being able to sufficiently feed Bijou through the winter.

But all in all, I've found that smoking meat takes a lot less hands on work, when you know what you're doing!
