ALTAR TO GOD

Wed. June 29th

Bonjour Meme,

I Got up at dawn to begin building the Altar to God. An altar to show I honor God above all. I will be blessed. I will work hard. I will worship on my knees and use the finest blankets on the driftwood altar top, and this will show my worthiness and love. And God will bless me and Me' Loss.

I found an odd wheelbarrow outside, against the back wall of Marvella, built more like a cart with two bicycle wheels and a deep bed for hauling dirt and rock. Me' Loss was excited, as always, when we headed to the southwest corner of the meadow to collect rocks; our driftwood altar top will have a sturdy-rock foundation.

I struggled through the pain to haul the large stones over to the altar site, the two areas could not have been further apart. My sacrifice to God. God will shine down on me as His chosen one and part the ocean with a hurricane-like soft breeze; and we will be rescued!

Tomorrow Me' Loss and I will go down to the shore for driftwood to finish my Altar to God, and God will be pleased; and we'll finally be home! I can feel it in my bones.
